be removed while the engine is left running and the driver
is in the vicinity of the vehicle. when the ignition key is
removed the steering lock is automatically engaged, central
locking and other security features may still be operated
as normal. if anyone tries to interfere with or drive the
vehicle, the engine will automatically switch off, if either
the handbrake is released or foot brake is operated. only
the vehicle key holder can restart the engine.
Features / Benefits:
pre-warming & demisting vehicles – allows a vehicle
parked on owners drive to be left unattended to de-mist or
warm up whilst the vehcile is secured against theft. a useful
device in current climate.
Blue / Orange Light Vehicles - operational
procedures adopted by many organisations in this sector require
the vehicle engine to be left running whilst the operator
is carrying out duties in or around the vehicle. such situations
leave the vehicle vulnerable to theft. the svt107 allows the
vehicle security system to be activated while pto or equipment
powered by the vehicle engine can still be operated in the
vicinity of the vehicle.
Temperture controlled delivery vehicles
- frequent stopping and starting of such vehicles may result
in temperture of the goods compartment moving out of specifield
range. svt107 allows refrigeration systems, powered from the
vehicles engine, to continue to work while the operator is
making deliveries in the vicinity of the vehicle, this reduces
the risk of theft of or from the vehilce.
svt107 can be installed by a competent auto electrician in
less than one hour.
